Dave Siemonsma
Construction Manager

Mr. Siemonsma is responsible for all construction related activities at PRP.  With over 22 years of experience, he has significant expertise in all phases of the construction process, from planning through completion.  He has directly managed a wide range of projects including retail, industrial and residential with construction budgets exceeding $25 million.

Prior to joining PRP in 2007, he was the principal at Siemonsma Construction where he completed a large number of projects including commercial, industrial, residential and renovation.  

Raised in Orange County, Mr. Siemonsma attended Orange Coast College, Cal State Long Beach, and Pepperdine University, majoring in construction management and business.  He obtained his General Contractor’s License in August 1986.
